About

For well over 40 years of practicing film criticism, according to the gospel of the Objective School of criticism, a dream kept recurring: When and how would I have a platform to preserve and present my relatively long track record of writings in print, on TV and on film?

To be fair I have been approached over decades by many to find a way to make my product available for researchers and a new generation of film buffs alike.

The help ultimately arrived with the advent of the digital revolution.

Finally, a persisting dream is coming to life.

على مدى يزيد عن 40 عامًا من احتراف الكتابة النقدية السينمائية وفق منهج النقد الموضوعي، كان لديّ طوال الوقت حلم، صرّح به لي كثير من القرّاء والمشاهدين في شكل رغبة، في نشر كتاباتي في كتب ونسخ ما قدمته من حلقات نقدية وتوزيعه على أوسع نطاق. كفانا اليوم العصر الرقمي الجديد مشقة تحقيق الحلم والرغبة معًا! فهذا الموقع هو منصّة تتيح لي عرض كل ما كتبته وأنتجته وقدمته من أفلام من سينمات قومية متنوّعة على مدى أربعة عقود.
